Most of these stuff I gathered around the internet and are not original by me. But I picked up the ones that helps me in life and I thought I could make it easier for you guys and compile it here. So enjoy!

What I learned.

Hey ho readers and stalkers,

After 7 months full of drama, hardwork, love, hate and fun, I finally finished my time as a management trainee. Alhamdulillah I got absorbed and I am now a HR executive specializing in training and development under business management.

A lot happened during training. Initially, when they took me in as a trainee, I was supposed to go into another unit in the HR department. But things happened and that unit decided to discard me from their team and I am accepted into the training team. Which is where I feel happier and more comfortable in doing the job. So much of learning is happening and I love it! All the new information from training courses also from the people. So here are the few things that I learned during my time as a management trainee in the HR department:

So during the 7 months, I was rotated to 6 different units under the HR department which are the training unit, HR system, HR business partner, rewards, staffing unit and center of excellence. Generally, the thing that impacted me the most is that, I now know how it feels to be "on the other side".

While I was in the staffing unit, I followed them when they were conducting interviews for the company's scholarship program. I had the privilege to act as one of the panels during the interview (only as an observer) Seeing all the people that were being interviewed reminded myself so much during the time when I was the one sitting on the other side. It was really something different and wonderful.

In the training unit, I get to feel being the organizer instead of the participants. It is really fun. I get to listen to a lot of training courses and I can also "excuse myself" when I feel bored. :P I have yet to get the feeling to be a trainer (which I will in the very near future)

There's a whole bunch of other things that I didn't mention here because then it won't be a blog entry, it will be a book.

In general, things are not always as it seems. Being a boss does not mean that you are always right. Having power and having people working under you does not mean that you may disregard their feelings, opinions and rights as a human being to be treated with respect.

Doing things differently means that people may not agree with you. Even if it is a good change, changing people's mindset is not an easy task. What's important is that you stand with your ideas and always make a reality check whether your ideas are really as good as you think it is. Always get a second opinion on everything because your perception on things might not be what it really is.

All and all, my point is that we should never stop learning, like a company that needs constant R&D so that their products are not outdated, we also need new knowledge, skills and ability to be learned so that we wont be archaic.

I just noticed recently, I don't really know is it because Im getting older or is the world really is becoming stupider?

Most people are really in low supply of their common sense. Some don't even know what common sense is. Guess its not so common after all no?

Im scared of what the world is turning into. Im scared for my children and possibly grand children or great grandchildren or great great great grand..fg.gjf...

Like the recent case of the RM15K hantaran. I mean whats up with that? Wey makcik wey pakcik auntie uncle where are your common senses?! Why kau bergaduh baling selipar bagai kat masjid? Rumah Allah tu woi org tua tak sedar diri. Aku tanpa rasa bersalah dan segan silu mengatakan aku malu kalau aku ada kaitan ngan family tu. Sebut pasal wang and everybody starts to lose their mind. Like, please pegi mampus.

Lagi satu pasal tudung FREEDADA  tu. Apehal la customer semua sanggup bersesak mcm haiwan ternakkan untuk dapatkan sehelai overpriced kain perca yg xmampu tutup dada yg ditampal dengan batu batuan plastik tu. Otak pun mcm haiwan ternakkan. Takde common sense. My elementery school english teacher Ms Ng always said, "use you common sense, if you dont have common sense then use your cow sense, yeah because cows dont have sense". So all the customers setia tudung FREEDADA by *insert flower name here* apparently followed my english teacher's advise and used their cow senses...

These kinda things are making me lose my faith in humanity. I hope someone will start classes on common sense so that everyone can learn.. maybe I should start one.. idk.lol. just gonna share some pics that'll make you facepalm so hard you'll shat your pants. So kthxbai.

This doesn't even cover half of what all the stupid things that are happening in the world right now. Last time I remembered watching berita utama di TV3 suku ialah hari2 ada je orang tersepit kat mana2 di negara China..It amazes me how those people got to those places in the first place. But thats that, if you want to change the world, you gotta change yourself first. Peace out~

Hey Its been Awhile, Not Much, How Bout You?

Hello readers and stalkers,

 Its been a while yeah? Now I am already in semester 5 which is my final semester here in UiTM Arau. Hah! It seems only yesterday that I came here worrying about how I would stay here so far away from my hometown. Next semester, aku kena practical pula. Maybe practical dekat hometown je. Saving!

Anyways, not much have been happening in my life these past few months. Only that I went to CNblue Blue Moon concert in KL! puhahahaa~ I really had a blast that day. It was my first time to go to a concert. I've been dying to go to a lot of concerts in my life since Westlife and Linkin Park pufft~ Right, and I am planning to go to more concerts in the future yay!(even if my parents did say that it is a waste of money)

So, my result for last semester wasn't that bad but it's quite bad lol.

Hmm, what else...oh yeah last Saturday, I went to Alor Setar with my buds. We went for a movie. I wanted to watch kick-ass 2 since there are no other good movies showing but we ended up watching Vikingdom because of the show schedule. At first, I didn't know that Vikingdom was directed by KRU.

So, I was expecting a movie like Clash of the titans or LOTR or something y'know. Well, I end up falling asleep a few times while watching that movie.(the boring parts of the movie added with other factors like, we just had our lunch before the movie, and we were also quite tired after walking from the train station) Well, Tbh, the movie wasn't all bad. I personally think that its the best KRU production movie ever. But the movie is lacking something. Like the x-factor that keeps you on the edge of your seat, it doesn't have that. And to top it all of I feel that they should've pick a more good looking hero lol.

Overall, I'll give the movie a 4.5 /10. (the 0.5 is credit for their courage to do something different than other film producers in Malaysia, bravo)

Ohkay, so maybe ayat-ayat kat atas ni tak apply pada semua orang, sebab kadang-kadang ada yang bercinta time sekolah lagi tapi bertahan sampai ke anak cucu, ada jugak yang tak ada apa-apa harta tapi still happy sentiasa and ada juga yang tak usaha tapi ada lebih dari orang lain. Itu semua terletak di tangan Tuhan.  Semua yang terjadi pasti ada hikmahnya.

Trip To Darul Ridzuan~

Hey ho readers and stalkers,

Soo..as usual at the school there's always activities on the weekends. But I went and go to Taiping and spent my weekends with Mr. Penyu and co. instead. Well, its a relief that I didn't stay for the Saturday activity because my friends says it sucked real bad..

So I went to Taiping on a train. It's MY FIRST TIME fyi. I got excited and nervous because I didn't know how it works. The train arrives at 7pm on Thursday. I went on Thursday cuz I don't have classes on Friday yay! I went on the train and felt as though I have gone BACK THROUGH TIME! Seriously, we need to update the trains immediately. So. the train stops at a station for every one hour. Orang asyik lalu lalang je kat dalam train tu. Annoying gila! Semua tak tau diam berjalan pegi beli makanan kedepan kebelakang padahal nak naik train satu station je pun!STRESS!

Finally after many many huffs and puffs, I arrived at Taiping station(a very, VERY classic looking building btw) at 12.06am. Mr. Penyu, his mom and his uncle came to fetch me from the station and we went to eat before going home and sleep. I was tired as hell. Yelah, lepas kelas terus naik train, kalau naik 1st class takpe gak...


Anyways, the next day kami pergi ke Taiping Sentral untuk berfoya-foya lah kan..kami pergi karaoke dengan dua orang kawan Mr.Penyu. It was fun because aku dah lama betul tak pergi karaoke. Lepas gian sikit XD and then we went to "Abe" (warung le) and lepakking sampai lebam pastu balik rumah tidur lagi.


The next day is pretty much the same. We went to Taiping Sentral again but this time I went and did my hair. Which is what I really need cuz my hair was a mess! I cut my hair short so I think its better now :DD After that we went to Taiping lake garden pastu pegi naik swan boat tu akibat kebosanan. Tak sangka lah naik boat itik tu leh penat sangat kan. Malam tu takde aktiviti pun sebab aku dengan Mr. Penyu balik terus tertido akibat keletihan mengayuh itik. OH, I forgot, Mr. Penyu also got his hair done. He got spikes but he doesn't know how to do it on his own! XD


On Sunday, we went out early and went to Taiping Sentral again with Mr. Penyu's friends and karaoke-ing summore!XD After that we went and eat but we were really rushing because we already bought the ticket to see the movie 'BAIT'. Well, what can I say, the movie sucked. IT SUCKED HARD. My advice, don't waste your money going to watch that movie, its gonna come out at Astro anyways. Because it is not worth it to pay money to watch some cliche trash. After watching the movie, we went to Taiping Lake Garden again. There sure are a lot of people since it was a Sunday. I really like that place because the view is AWESOME. I especially like this small island at the middle of the lake with a big large shady tree on top of it.

After we went back home we were really tired but Mr. Penyu's mom and uncle wants to take me out to eat char kuey teow. I was tired but I want to eat char kuey teow so badly so I just went and go out with them and I did the right thing because the char kuey teow that I had was one of the best that I ever tasted. We got back home and try to catch some sleep because my ticket back to Arau was at 2.54am.(there is only one trip from Taiping to Arau =.=)

We went to the station early lepas tu duduk kejap kat warung depan station tu. Betul lah ayah cakap nasi goreng ayam kat situ memang SUPERB! Tapi aku tak makan aku rasa Mr. Penyu punya ckit je sebab aku masih kenyang+mengantuk. After that we say our goodbyes and I went back to Arau and arrived at 8.30am and got class at 9.00am and I also have to carry my heavy bag all the way from Gate B to my room. I almost died.

So, these are some pictures that I managed to take because I am not much of a cam whore as I used to be. Cheerio :)

New Kid in Town

Hey ho readers and stalkers,


Soo...since classes aku sampai hari Khamis saje and aku pun tak dapat balik kemana-mana, aku ikut kawan-kawan pegi ke bandar Arau. Welp, nak kemana lagi kalau bukan the famous C Mart! Well, it was better than expected. Two of my friends duduk rumah dekat je dengan pasaraya tu. Ada lah jugak arcade and a karaoke place untuk suka-suki release tension boleh la kan.


Well, kami jalan-jalan buy some stuff and went to satu kedai kasut ni, well my friend bought a pair of red shoes it was fairly cute~ and after buying some stuff some more we sat outside  sebab tunggu yang lain sakan bersopping-moping. So this friend yang beli kasut tu keluarkan lah kasut dia nak tengok..and then do you know what? Kasut tu sebelah warna lain and sebelah lagi warna lain! One was dark red and the other one was a lighter shade of red..It was hilarious because it was so silly XD so we went back to the shop and changed it..


Honestly saying, I think I am still not used to live in Arau. I know its only been a week but I am not a bit comfortable living here. So far away from my family and this is also the first time aku duduk dekat dalam asrama sepanjang hidup aku ni..If I got a chance to transfer anywhere else I would grab the opportunity without even have to think about it. I think the friends here are okay but its the whole idea of living in Arau that gets me.


Anyways, I got a new bag and a pair of shoes for class. I can't stand going around the campus in my boots. It's killing me!


My mom sent me a parcel on Thursday and I think it will take around 2-3 days to reach here but it's the weekend and I seriously doubt that anyone is working at the office. So, I'm just gonna go and check it on Thursday.

I'm In the North Side~

once again I failed to keep my blog updated..oh well, I'll just update it anyways..

Guess what?Aku dah masuk degree dah..menyesal tipu alamat dulu masa mohon sekarang aku dah tercampak kat UiTM Arau, Perlis..huaa nak nangis!

Bukan apa, aku memang lah bahagia kan dapat further my study but macam-macam hal yang buat aku rasa nak balik. firstly sebab family aku tersangat-sangat lah jauh kan..homesick!


Secondly, kawan-kawan diploma aku semua terpisah-pisah and orang lain semua ada kawan-kawan masa diploma..aku rasa terpinggir...*forever alone* bukan la takde kawan lansung kan..dapat jugak kawan baru tapi tak lah semeriah orang lain kan..


Ketiga, tempat ni seriously tak seronok..bandar yang sangat bosan..kaki pun belum panjang so nak jalan kemana-mana pun tak tau..nak balik rumah sendiri jauh!stress!

Tapi aku rasa ok la jugak sebab aku still ada internet connection and roomates aku pun baik belaka..Aku rasa nervous all the time, tempat baru, orang-orang baru(ramai pulak tu..) aku rasa macam masa first time nak masuk sekolah la pulak kan..yang lainnya masa first masuk sekolah ada parents tunggu, sekarang ni semua kena buat sendiri...*sob sob*
